NOW HIRING - IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE Embassy of Iceland in Malawi

EDUCATION & EQUITY DIRECTOR

THE ROLE

  • As our Education & Equity Director you’ll get an opportunity to embrace a hands-on leadership and mentor role in both the academic and personal development of our eager student-athletes across the entire academy, while getting the chance to further transform our already successful girls’ programme.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Passion: Ascent Soccer is seeking an adventurous, energetic and impact driven female educator for our academy, who will also be a dedicated mentor for our girls programme.

  • Academics: Degree in Education, PGCE or equivalent, with a joy for teaching. And while experience is great, we’re most interested in your enthusiasm to teach and nurture our youth of talent and promise.

  • Female Leadership: An opportunity for a female (due to the nature of the role and the required safeguarding responsibilities) to lead by example and shine a light on what’s possible.
