THE OPPORTUNITY

The ‘Global Scholars Circle’ is a unique opportunity to give back by donating, mentoring and championing our Boston-area student-athletes of outstanding talent and promise.

Our current Global Scholars are on full scholarships at top prep and university programs like Brooks, Milton & Trinity, but they still need our ongoing support. Today, these needs are pulled from our overall operations, which compromises the budget we have for our core programming on the ground in Malawi. Your support can transform our work, give you an authentic connection to Ascent Soccer and a chance for you to also guide their mentorship, and post-secondary and career pathways.

Along with the impact our Global Scholars Circle members make with their financial support, Ascent Soccer also provides a number of amazing benefits to choose from, including but not limited to:

GIVE BACK & IMPACT: Your donation will help us make a difference where it’s needed most, providing soccer and scholarship opportunities to high-need youth of talent & promise in Malawi.

This support provides for much-needed travel costs, health insurance, club soccer, visas and a long list of vital incidentals.

MENTORSHIP & CONNECTIONS: We will link you directly to our global scholars, with an opportunity to provide (at to your own pace/interest) mentorship, guidance, networking, internships and hosting.

SUMMITS & EVENTS: We will also bring our Global Scholars together for summits, networking and fundraising events, where you will also have an opportunity to get involved and give back.

AFRICAN EXCURSIONS: Curated tours to Malawi are organized annually, and can also be set up to fit your schedule as a member of Ascent Soccer’s ‘Global Scholars Circle’.
